Here's what you'll need...

For the caramel sauce:

  • 50g caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 30g un-salted butter
  • 100ml double cream
  • 1 tsp flaky salt

 

For the brownie:

  • 175g unsalted butter
  • 175g dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 90g plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 30g salted pretzels

 

2 foil baking trays 18cm x 11cm lined with greaseproof paper.

 

Set oven temp 160oC (fan)
