Stand Installation, Disposal
Stand Installation £ 44.99
We want you to enjoy your new TV as soon as possible. Rather than messing about with cables and following loads of steps in the instruction manual, let us set it up for you. We'll attach the new TV to the stand that it comes with. If you've bought an additional TV stand, there's a separate installation charge. We'll also tune it in, set up any Smart features and connect up all your existing kit. We’ll even take away the bulky packaging.
Disposal £ 14.99
We’ll happily take away your old TV for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it’s unplugged and ready to go. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old TV away on our van rather than the recycling service. If you've paid for installation, we will recycle your old TV free of charge.
Freeview HD, Freesat & Freeview Play - more to watch
3 HDMI & 3 USB ports - plug in lots of devices at once
Lose yourself in your favourite movie on this stunning 55” Certified 4K Ultra HD TV from LG. The incredible 4K Ultra HD resolution means you get 4 times the detail of Full HD – so you won’t miss a second of the action. HDR technology delivers exceptionally vivid colours that bring every frame to life. Freeview HD and Freesat HD are installed, so you can instantly tune into one of the 200 free channels. And, because this TV is Smart, you can use the Web OS powered platform to catch up on shows too.
To achieve the Certified Ultra HD 4K stamp of approval, a TV needs to have true 4K resolution that uses four times more pixels than Full HD, as well as vivid 8 bit colour depth. By choosing this model, you can rest assured that you’ll experience the very best that UHD 4K has to offer. As the number of channels broadcasting in 4K continues to grow, your TV will be ready – so you can enjoy new content the way it was meant to be seen. You’ll also benefit from 4K upscaling to make more of HD channels and your Blu-ray collection.
HDR takes 4K viewing to the next level, delivering incredibly vivid, life-like colours that’ll make sure you enjoy the ultimate home cinema experience. By ramping up the contrast, HDR provides brighter whites and darker blacks, so every frame is super-dynamic and detailed. This means a more realistic picture onscreen, so you’ll feel more immersed in what you’re watching.
Freeview and Freesat
This clever TV has both Freesat and Freeview built-in. These are subscription-free services that give you access to popular TV channels without the need for a separate set top box. If you already have a satellite dish, you’ll have access to the 200 amazing channels available on Freesat, plus up to 60 channels on Freeview through your aerial. It’s easy to switch between the two with the easy-to-use menu. If you don’t have a satellite dish, no problem – because you’ll still have access to the Freeview channels.
LG Smart WebOS
This TV makes being smart attractive with WebOS. The swish interface lets you flip between watching TV, streaming films on Netflix and grabbing content from external devices like a Blu-ray player. There’s a dual core processor – like the one in your laptop – which allows you to flip through apps whilst watching the news. Clever! LG’s Smart Share lets you bob content from your smartphone or laptop onto the big telly using your home’s Wi-Fi. If you’ve got an Android smartphone, you can also use screen mirroring to show off exactly what’s on your phone on the big screen!
Freeview Play services
Subject to coverage. Aerial upgrade may be required. Min 2mbps broadband required. 7 day catch up for selected channels. Extra costs may apply for 3rd party services shown. Services are subject to availability and could vary across products and platforms.

Brilliant TV - ticks all the boxes!
I’ve been looking for a 4K Smart TV for a while and this LG55UH750V ticked all the boxes.
I couldn’t have been more impressed when it arrived; the delivery driver even said it was “the nicest looking TV he’d delivered this year!”
I’ve decided to wall mount the TV so it was essential that the design was extremely slim. This TV is only 5.2cm as its thickest.
The TV has built-in WebOS which is definitely the most aesthetically pleasing and easiest SMART TV operating system I’ve ever used. The ‘smart remote’ that comes with the TV acts like a mouse on a computer screen and works really well with the operating system.
In terms of catch up services, the TV is complete with: BBC iPlayer, Netflix Ultra HD, Google Play and Amazon Prime Video - so it’s not short on built-in content. You’ve also got access to Freeview HD (provided you use an aerial), Youtube and a web browser.
The picture quality is like nothing I’ve seen before. Even when watching 1080p content - you can tell that it’s upscaling it to 4K. Netflix in 4K is particularly impressive! (Currently terrestrial TV is not available in 4K)
There are various different picture settings built-in to the TV and the ‘SMART Picture’ function allows you to tailor the image colouring to the content on screen (eg gaming or sports) and to the surroundings of the room. Other modes include; Eco, Vivid, Cinema, Light Room, Dark Room and HDR.
The sound quality is also pretty impressive for such a thin TV, even when wall mounting. This TV will optimise its sound based on where you locate it within your room. The Magic Sound Tuning uses a microphone in the remote to bounce sound off the walls and optimises the sound according to the space.
There are plenty of HDMI ports for all of your devices: 3 in total - one on the rear and two on the side. One of the ports is HDMI ARC which allows you to hook up your sound bar if you wish. The TV also has 2 USB ports, one on the side and one on the rear.
The TV has built-in WiFi so you can easily access the web - you’re prompted to do this on initial set up. It also has an Ethernet port if you’d rather hardwire your connection.
Overall, the TV is spot on. It ticks all the boxes when it comes to my viewing habits, plus it's 4K, thin, has great sound, it has SMART technology, and looks great.
All I need now is more 4K content!!
