Stand Installation, Disposal
Stand Installation £ 64.99
We want you to enjoy your new TV as soon as possible. Rather than messing about with cables and following loads of steps in the instruction manual, let us set it up for you. We’ll attach the TV to its base, tune it in, set up any Smart features and connect up all your existing kit. We’ll even take away the bulky packaging.
Disposal £ 9.99
We’ll happily take away your old TV for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it’s unplugged and ready to go. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old TV away on our van rather than the recycling service. If you've paid for installation, we will recycle your old TV free of charge.
This 58” 4K Ultra HD TV from LG lets you experience a beautiful, lifelike picture. HDR technology gives regular 4K a boost, so as well as crystal clarity and breath-taking detail you’re getting vivid colour and rich contrast. Freesat and Freeview HD come built-in, so you get an amazing 200 channels subscription free, ideal for lovers of soaps and sports alike. The Web OS Smart platform opens up another world of entertainment, giving you access to lots of brilliant content including catch-up TV, movies and apps.
This Ultra HD 4K TV gives you a lifelike, crystal clear picture. With four times more pixels than Full HD, and twice the resolution – it will draw you right into the heart of the action – whether you’re watching an epic movie or your favourite sport. This model has upscaling capabilities – which means it will upgrade your Full HD picture into near 4K quality. It uses clever technology to fill in the gaps between pixels – so you can make the best of your HD channels and Blu-ray movies!
HDR takes 4K viewing to the next level, delivering incredibly vivid, life-like colours that’ll make sure you enjoy the ultimate home cinema experience. By ramping up the contrast, HDR provides brighter whites and darker blacks, so every frame is super-dynamic and detailed. This means a more realistic picture onscreen, so you’ll feel more immersed in what you’re watching.
Freeview and Freesat
This clever TV has both Freesat and Freeview built-in. These are subscription-free services that give you access to popular TV channels without the need for a separate set top box. If you already have a satellite dish, you’ll have access to the 200 amazing channels available on Freesat, plus up to 60 channels on Freeview through your aerial. It’s easy to switch between the two with the easy-to-use menu. If you don’t have a satellite dish, no problem – because you’ll still have access to the Freeview channels.
LG Smart WebOS
This TV makes being smart attractive with WebOS. The swish interface lets you flip between watching TV, streaming films on Netflix and grabbing content from external devices like a Blu-ray player. There’s a dual core processor – like the one in your laptop – which allows you to flip through apps whilst watching the news. Clever! LG’s Smart Share lets you bob content from your smartphone or laptop onto the big telly using your home’s Wi-Fi. If you’ve got an Android smartphone, you can also use screen mirroring to show off exactly what’s on your phone on the big screen!

Great TV, a step into the future
The TV looks good and was easy to assemble. It is a large size but if you have a reasonable room size it is not too overpowering or intrusive. It is ultra slim. It has lots of features. The picture quality is very good especially when watching a film. The colour is not too bright and the black is a true black. I like the fact you can use your smart phone as a remote when you have downloaded the LG app. You can launch iplayer etc from your phone and it goes straight to the TV. You can do this with you tube as well. This is slightly easier than using the remote.
It is easy to navigate when watching live TV. The sound quality from the built in speakers is very good. You can access the internet from the TV which is a good feature however I’m not too sure how much I would use this. You can download apps on the TV as well like Facebook, netflicks etc which is good especially if you have netflicks. You can purchase films as well from the LG store.
A slightly disappointing feature of the TV was the remote which I feel for the price could have been bigger and more substantial looking. It was not easy to navigate at first until I got used to it. This is a minor point however and overall would not put me off purchasing the product.
Overall I am very pleased with this TV and would recommend it especially for people who like watching a lot of films.
