Measuring just 50cm wide the Beko BDG582S is fantastic for small kitchens. You get all the functions of a full size cooker and with a total of 76 litres across the two cavities, it’s excellent for 2 or 3 person households.
The top 23 litre space is home to the fully variable grill. It allows you to adjust the temperature depending on what you’re cooking. High heats for getting your bacon really crispy and lower heats for melting the cheese on your toast.
The main 53 litre oven is excellent for things like casseroles, pies and roast joints of meat – anything that loves looking homemade and a bit rustic. The oven gets hotter at the top, which is what gives you that roasted, golden brown finish. Very tasty. Gas is great for keeping your dishes moist too, as natural gas has a high moisture content. It won’t dry out your food like some electric models can.
There are 4 individual gas burners on the hob, giving you plenty of space for your different pots and pans. The burners come in a variety of sizes to match your pans, so you won’t have heat escaping around the sides of your smaller pans. The pan supports are coated in enamel, making them extremely easy to clean. Any spills wipe away quickly, they won’t stick to the smooth surface. You won’t have to spend money on expensive cleaning sprays either.
