The CLASSIC90Ei has two fan ovens. This means you get an even heat all round and it’s a lot faster than standard, conventional cooking. You can also cook at lower temperatures which saves energy and knocks a few pounds of your bills. The larger oven comes with a whopping 76 litres of space. The smaller cavity has 47 litres. Combined this is plenty of room for a larger household’s cooking demands.
A 4 zone induction hob is great for all your boiling, simmering and flash frying needs. With it being induction, it’s a lot more energy efficient than standard hobs, so you’ll save a few pounds too. By using magnetic fields under the plate, the actual heat comes from your pots and pans, so no heat escapes out the sides. Another clever feature is the power boost function. You can increase the power in one burner by up to 60% - ideal when cooking with a wok or flash frying steak.
It has a grill which is great for quick snacks like cheese on toast, or even your Sunday morning fry up. It’s variable too – you don’t need to use it all if your grilling something small like bacon or sausage.
The interior of the oven has an enamel surface. This makes cleaning really easy, all you do is wipe away any spillages. Another handy feature is the child lock. If you have a lot of little ones running around, the lock will make sure the controls can’t be tampered with.
What’s also brilliant about this model is that it only needs hardwiring into a 32amp power supply. You won’t have to pay an electrician hundreds of pounds to upgrade to a 45amp supply as you’d have to do with most other induction range cookers.
