With an A + rating for energy efficiency, the DSFN6830 will save you a few pounds on your energy bills. In real terms, each wash uses approximately 1.05 kWh of energy, which works out at around 12.5 pence per wash – based on a figure of 12p per kilowatt-hour. Add that to the miniscule 10 litres of water that the dishwasher uses and you can already see how eco friendly this appliance is.
If that hasn’t convinced you, take a look at Beko’s Auto Wash System. This uses 11 sensors to determine how dirty the water from the pre-wash is, and whether or not it can be reused in the main wash cycle. Very thrifty indeed!
And because it’s such a large dishwasher, Beko realise that you may not always be washing 12 place settings. That’s why they’ve made sure there’s a very useful half load function, which is perfect for quickly getting through the breakfast plates and cups in a morning. Also, with a noise level of 44dB, the DSFN6830 is ideal if you have open plan living. You can set it to run and watch TV without being drowned out.
Something you might not of thought of is the material on the inside of the dishwasher. Sometimes it’s a grey plastic lining, which works fantastically, but doesn’t look quite as good a stainless steel interior. No need to worry about that with the DSFN6830S because the whole of the interior is lined with stainless steel.
