"Fridge too big freezer too small"
Pros: Value for money, Easy to use
Cons: freezer could be bigger
"I feel that the split should be 50 50 fridge and freezer. We replaced a small fridge and large freezer. Now the fridge is massive but the freezer is full to the gunnels. We had to get rid of some stuff from our old freezer as it would not all fit into the new one. (We did have a big freezer.) We will just have to be more choosy in what we buy but as the freezer is well laid out things should not get forgotten about and we will soon get used to the size.
The water is very good and tastes nice as the filter removes the chlorine. The Ice maker seems to take a long time to make ice, but as it makes it 24 hours a day after a week there are plenty of reserves.
This is a good piece of kit and was easy to plumb in as we have just had some plumbing work done and plastic pipe was used. It was easy to fit a T connector and a stop valve then fit the filter and the freezer to it.
My biggest gripe is that the front panels are easy to dent,. and care has to be taken when moving the unit, pushing the unit back after fitting the water supply my knee caused a slight indentation. Care not to catch the doors on objects when opening. Kids could cause lots when bumping toys into it. Just small indentations, but being silver they only show when you catch the light and are looking at a certain angle, but once you know they are there it is tough not to notice.
The unit is big and if they had just thought of Doctor Who today, I am sure this would had been considered for the Tadis.
4 stars is a good mark for me to give I rarely give 5. The only other unit considered was the Panasonic. I am not sure it would have been 600 pounds better."
