The Miele H2361BP comes with a pryrolytic programme that takes the hassle out of cleaning.
It locks the door before heating the inside of the oven up to 500°C, burning all dirt and grease away to leave a small pile of ash to sweep up. Of course, the glass door will need a wipe now and again; thanks to the CleanGlass door this is also really easy. The middle glass door simply slots out so all you have to do is wipe it down over the sink.
Outside the oven is so simple to keep clean too. It’s coated in a mark resistant coating so even the most fiddly of fingers will struggle to smudge or smear this oven.
Of course, what you really want to do is cook and with its multifunctional oven, you’ve got loads of options to choose from. These include fan plus cooking that constantly moves hot air around during cooking to evenly cook meals without the need for turning. You’ve also got fan grilling which uses a similar cooking process and is perfect for chicken breasts or a quick bit of bacon for a mid-morning sandwich treat.
There’s also a gentle bake programme which slowly cooks things like cakes and quiches and an intensive bake setting that gets things done quicker for thicker items like bread.
You’ve also got a handy defrost function that works by circulating cool air around the oven. It works 3 times quicker than leaving food on the side so even if you forget to take your chicken out in the morning, you still don’t have to go without in the evening.
