The 7kg drum inside the Indesit IWD71251S, giving you the room to wash the equivalent of 35 T-shirts at once. It’s even spacious enough to hold around 4 large bath towels, so you won’t have to bother taking your bulkier items to the laundrette.
With Indesit’s Eco Time cycle, the machine will reduce your water and energy use by up to 40%, depending on the size of your load. If you only put around 15 T-shirts inside, all you have to do is push a button on the control panel and it’ll help you make some big savings on your washing.
You’ll save even more on electricity with the ‘20°C Zone’ cycles which use very low temperatures to clean your cottons and synthetics. The gentle temperatures mean you can even throw in a variety of colours and fabrics without worrying about dyes running together or harming the material. Very handy if you haven’t got time to sort your laundry into piles.
Protecting your other fabrics is just as easy, thanks to the range of dedicated wash cycles. You’re getting a jeans wash which uses special drum movements to ‘scrub’ them clean. Or, if you’re running a load of more delicate fabrics, use the wool cycle to keep the temperatures and spin speed very low. It’ll stop things like cashmere or silk from pulling out of shape.
You’re even getting a range of sport wash cycles, which are excellent for getting out muddy stains and sweat marks out of your training gear. While the washes are quite intensive, you won’t need to worry about damaging your fabrics. You team badges and waterproofing will be absolutely fine. You can wash up to two pairs of trainers at once too, lifting out the grubby marks so they’ll look good as new.
