"Well designed & great value!"
Pros: Value for money, Easy to use, Good build quality, Quiet, looks good
"I'd not heard of Hisense before but having had this appliance for a few weeks I can tell you I'm impressed!
The build quality seems good, it feels solid, the doors are a good weight, the fixings are strong and the door pockets are robust.
The touch panel on the front of the fridge is user friendly and includes holiday mode and an alarm to alert you if the doors aren't shut.
Inside, the LED lights are bright, much better than the traditional bulb at the back, it really makes such a difference! The door pockets are deeper than my old fridge and should accommodate most bottles etc. There is also a bottle rack that you can hang off either of the solid shelves. The other shelf can be slid back so it's half the size.
The freezer, although a bit smaller than my old one, seems to hold as much. I think it's because the 2 drawers are so big (I had 3 smaller ones previously).
The appliance is quite quiet, I've found myself wondering whether it's still on at times! Another great feature is that if you open the door when the fan is running, it stops automatically and restarts once the door is closed which will save a bit of money on those energy bills!
One thing to beware of is don't set the fridge too cold. When we set the separate drawer to the meat option it started to freeze the contents so we keep it on veg even though we keep meat inside.
The RB449N4ZS2 FF is a great for a small kitchen like mine as although it has a lot of space inside, it still fits into the 60cm gap my old FF vacated as it's deeper and taller. It's of no consequence to me that it's deeper than my worktop as it's in the corner but I mention it in case it's important to you! It's also a little awkward reaching the top/back of shelves for those of us who are shorter than average!
It's a great product and I'd recommend trying Hisense. They seem to have really thought about how their appliance will be used and tried to cater for their customer's needs."
