This ultra stylish range cooker is ideal for people who love to cook. It has four ovens, the top left one is both an oven and a grill. Bottom right is the main multifunction oven and the top right one simply uses fan cooking. The final bottom right one is quite special as it is designed just for slow cooking, so will be perfect for slow roasted casseroles.
The bottom right multifunction oven gives you loads of cooking options. It has a grill, fan and top and bottom heating elements. You’re able to use the fan only, or with the grill which is perfect for crisping joints of meat while sealing in the juices. Or, use the convention cooking option with the fan for an intensive bake – ideal for pies and Beef Wellington.
Three of the ovens have telescopic shelves which make checking or turning your food really easy. The shelves self support themselves so you don’t need lift your roast out of the oven to prevent it slipping onto the floor as the shelves won’t tip. All the ovens are really easy to clean too as they’re covered in an easy clean enamel.
The impressive RICHMOND1000EI has 5 heat zones on the hob which all use induction technology – fairly unique for a range cooker. Induction cooking is far more advanced than other hobs as the zone only heats up when the pan is placed down making it far more efficient and much safer than gas and electric hobs. The best thing about induction is how fast it is, boiling a pint of water in just 90 seconds rather than 3 and a half minutes with other hobs.
