Pros: Quiet, Easy to use, Good build quality, Value for money
"When our built in cooker broke down, I decided to look for a quality standalone.
I settled on this because of the looks first, and features second.
This was installed 2 months ago, and I still smile when I see it. It really adds class to our kitchen, and visitors all comment on it.
The build quality is excellent. All the dials exude class with a nice solid and weighted feel when turning them.
What really stands out is the cooking ability.
I always used brands such as Neff or Whirlpool. I never had cause to complain, but from day one the Richmond cooks perfectly, so much better than previous cookers I can't see why i'd ever use another manufacturer again.
Whether using the hob, the grill, top oven (which takes 3 times longer to heat up than the main oven) or the impressive main oven, the Richmond never lets me down.
The main oven deserves the highest praise as it always cooks evenly. So far roasting is my favourite as the joint cooks evenly without drying.
Baking (cakes or bread) or cooking pizza's can all be done with the whole surface cooking evenly. Pizzas cook as well as any pizzeria can manage, base crispy, edges and centre equally cooked with no burning or soggy middles.
I could go on, but i'll end by saying buy one, and recommend a Stove Richmond to anyone who likes food. It turned an occasional cook (me) into an aspiring Jamie Oliver!"
