Unlike a vented dryer, the T8822C collects the condensed water in a tank, rather than pumping hot air out through a pipe. Once the water container’s full, the T8822C has a light on the control panel to let you know. There’s no guesswork at all.
As well as sensor drying that automatically stops once clothes are dry, the T8822C gives you the option to use timed drying. You can set a cool air programme for 20 minutes to an hour and a warm air cycle from 15 minutes up to 2 hours. Perfect if you want to warm your towels before a bath.
To help cut down your ironing pile, the T8822C has an automatic anti-crease feature. At the end of a programme, the drum continues to turn intermittently to prevent deep creases forming. It’s especially handy if you forget to empty the drum.
If you’re a keen walker, cyclist or just want to dry the kids’ school coats, you’ll benefit from the proofing option. This lets you dry synthetic and waterproof fabrics (things that traditionally can’t go in a tumble dryer) and maintains their proof as well. It’s so much quicker than drying them on a clothes maiden all day.
Over the years, the control panels on washing machines can fade. Not with Miele. The control panel on the T8822C is made from long-lasting enamel and it’s guaranteed not to corrode or yellow for the life of the machine. Plus, the appliance is designed to last you up to 20 years - with a Miele, you know you're getting quality.
