The Zanussi ZCG660GWC uses LPG bottles for cooking, meaning it’s absolutely fantastic if you don’t have access to a mains gas supply. It’s also great if you’d simply like to keep an eye on the amount of fuel you’re using.
In the main oven below, you’ve got a large 79 litres of cooking space to use. This is brilliant for baking lots of cakes or rustling up a big family dinner like Sunday lunch. The top conventional oven gives you a generous 34 litres of room and also acts as a gas grill. The grill is full-width, which means that there’s enough space to cook lots of bacon rashers for the hungry troops on a weekend.
You’ve also got a gas hob up top with 4 burner zones to choose from. Your pans will sit on enamel supports which make things really easy to clean if you accidentally spill some pasta sauce. And the glass lid cuts the gas supply as soon as it’s shut, giving you some more handy worktop space too.
There’s also an electronic programmable timer that’ll come in really useful as you can set it to come on at a time to suit you. That means dinner can be ready to serve when you get in from work or the school-run.
And cleaning is made incredibly easy thanks to stay clean catalytic liners. They absorb any grease that’s created during cooking, before burning it away at 200°C. If you’re cooking at this temperature it’ll do it automatically or just run it at this heat for an hour after to clean things up.
