As well as the 30 minute quick wash, the ZWH6160P has a Super Quick option that you can add on to all of the wash programmes. It cuts the wash time in half, and still gives you a really thorough clean – A rated in fact. It also has a 7kg drum that washes up to 35 T-shirts in one go. Just the ticket for a household of 3-4 people.
There are lots of programmes to choose from, including all the ones you’d expect like Cottons, Synthetics and Delicates. You’re also getting some really handy specialist washes to choose from like Blanket and Jeans. The Blanket Wash is ideal for your duvet because it uses lots of soaking and rinsing to get the dense material cleaned thoroughly. And the Jeans Wash keeps temperatures low so your black denim doesn’t end up grey.
To help cut your ironing pile down a bit, the ZWH6160P has an Easy Iron cycle. This keeps drum movements to a minimum so your clothes don’t get jostled around as much. It adds in extra rinses too so your clothes are soaked clean rather than scrubbed. This means they’ll come out less creased which means less time spent ironing for you.
And if you like to get your washing done while you’re out at work, or perhaps you get cheaper electricity rates at night, there’s a Delay Start button. This lets you put your wash off for either 3, 6 or 9 hours, so you can have your clean clothes waiting for you when you get up in a morning.
