6kg wash, 5kg dry - ideal for medium families
Rated B for energy efficiency
This Hotpoint washer dryer washes 6kg of clothes and dries 5kg in one uninterrupted session, letting you pop your clothes in and come back to them dry and super clean. It’s very careful with your clothes too, as it has a hefty 16 wash programmes. There are gentle washes for your delicates and more thorough ones for messy jeans. It even has the tech to switch the direction of the tumble during the cycle to prevent your clothes from tangling in the wash.
This washer dryer is an excellent choice if you prefer to wash smaller loads. It has a 6kg wash load and a 5kg dry load making it a perfect choice for a small household, but if you choose a bigger capacity, your clothes will have more room to tumble for a better clean.
Energy label B
Energy ratings for washer dryers range from A+++ to D. The higher the rating, the more efficient your appliance will be and the more money you’ll save. This model has been given a B for its energy usage, which means on average it will cost you £115 to run per year.
This model has Hotpoint’s intelligent Fuzzy logic feature. Clever sensors inside this machine monitor your wash load to make adjustments to water, temperature, wash time, rinse performance and spin speed to ensure the very best washing results. It uses as little water and energy as possible – so it’s much more efficient and could help you save money on your utility bills too!
Spruce up your clothes without washing thanks to Hotpoint’s Refresh Option. This option works by tumbling your garments in cool air so odours disappear and fabrics feel revitalised. This is perfect for freshening up clothing straight from the wardrobe, items that have only been worn once, or fabrics that have absorbed smells – like cooking aromas if you’ve been to a restaurant.
Keep your clothes looking good as new with Sensor Drying from Hotpoint. Simply choose between cupboard dry, iron dry or extra dry and clever sensors in the drum detect the level of moisture in your clothes and adjusts the cycle to achieve the perfect level of dryness. This means your clothes will always be protected from over-drying and shrinking.
I am really pleased with this washer dryer. A few reviews said it was noisy when spinning mine i'snt but i paid someone to fit it so maybe thats why. This machine is so easy to use. The only thing i would have liked would be the quick wash a little bit shorter 60 mins my old machine was 30 mins. I did a ready to wear cycle and had hubbys shirts washed and dried in 60 mins. Great washer dryer.

Good washer but dryer does take a long time as it's a condenser type.

Good all rounder
Good all round product for price. Easy to install and I think simple to use (although other reviews seem to disagree). Not the greatest drying performance compared to a stand alone dryer but getting used to washing smaller loads more frequently. Don't think I would be so pleased with appliance if I was drying clothes for large family though.

This washer dryer is fine as a washing machine, however the tumble dryer is not great.
As an integrated appliance its hard to keep the door from rattling when its in full spin and it could do with better fixings to enable it to stay in position better...however, that goes for most integrated washers I guess.
Tumble dryer is not the best unless your just drying smalls. The drying cycle takes a long time & it cant be stopped until the end of the cycle. When I have used it my items came out so very crumpled it took forever to iron! You need to remove the items as soon as the cycles finished otherwise they become damp again due to the condensation.
You must remember to change the drying dial to off after you have finished otherwise it washes & then automatically dry's...lesson learned as I now have a few shrunk items...oops!!
Generally though, a great washing machine.

Great quality for the price
I bought a Hotpoint again as I had one in the past that never gave us any problems for 10 years of use. We only replaced it because we wanted an integrated one. This machine's only down side is that it's shortest wash cycle is 60 mins which is quite long, but otherwise I think it is great.
