With a stylish glass canopy and a stainless steel chimney, this integrated Baumatic cooker hood would look great in your kitchen. With a powerful extraction rate that can be controlled through 3 speeds, the hood is ideal for medium to large kitchens. A cut-off timer lets you leave the hood running 15 minutes after you’ve finished cooking, so you can put your feet up while the kitchen aromas are extracted. Two halogen lights make it easier for you to see your wonderful hob cooking in all its glory.
Cooker hoods are designed to remove steam and odours from your kitchen by pulling in air and cleaning it. The extraction rate determines how quickly this can be done. This model has three extraction speeds to choose from, so it’s great for clearing the air in your kitchen quickly. Select the lowest setting when you’re simmering or steaming food and the highest setting for frying and strong-smelling food.
With a noise level of 49db, this cooker hood is a great option for open plan living. It operates very quietly, so you can enjoy your favourite TV programme, radio show or music channel without distraction from the extraction fan.
Suitable for 90cm hobs
When you’re looking for a cooker hood to suit your kitchen space, you want to make sure that it’s the right size. This model would look fantastic above a 90cm wide hob and would be able to remove the amount of steam generated by a hob of this size – making it ideal for a large kitchen or open plan living spaces.
Extraction and recirculation
When it comes to extracting air, you can choose to vent it externally or recycle air back into your kitchen. If you can connect a ventilation hose to an external wall, the cooker hood will draw air in and push it outside. If your kitchen layout doesn’t allow for this, charcoal filters will remove unwanted odours and smoke, before releasing the clean air back into your kitchen. This means your kitchen will always be nice and refreshed – whatever layout you have.
High extraction rate
The amount of air that can be removed from your kitchen in an hour depends on how powerful the extraction rate of your cooker hood is. This model has a high extraction rate, which means it’s ideal for clearing steam, smoke and cooking smells from large kitchens and open plan living spaces.

Smart and functional
It looks great and works like a dream. The timer is a great idea. The lights are good. It is a tad noisy but having zero cooking smells is worth it. I researched loads of cooker hoods and reckon I chose the best one.

Noisy but cool.
If you like your kitchen gadgets then you'll love this extractor! Touch controls with cool blue LCD backlight! Very powerful extraction and bright halogen lighting for over-the-hob lighting. The timer is a great feature as you can set it to carry on extracting if you need to pop out. Pretty cool design and get the 90cm size if you have the room. BUT BEWARE! This is a very noisy extractor although after using it a few weeks I have got used to it. And if you are going to install it onto a stud wall then make sure it is acoustically sealed otherwise it will vibrate into the room next door!

Good Extraction Power
My husband fitted it in a few hours, he only had to modify the screw holes for the chimney to fit. Easy to use, light is brighter at the front of the extractor, rather than down the middle as was the old Baumatic that was fitted 10 years ago. The only downside is the noise. With the extra extraction power this is the trade off.

If you want a good extractor that looks good and is easy to use this is it.
It is also well made and robust.

Great extraction - and that's what it's all about isn't it? You can't expect a hood with high extraction rates to be silent. It does what you are buying it to do though!
