Measuring 64cm in width, this Neff integrated cooker hood would be a good fit for a smaller kitchen. With 3 levels of extraction, there is a setting for every circumstance; whether you want to remove a bit of steam or a more stubborn lingering aroma. The control panel is situated at the front of the hood, making it easy to change the speed of the fan. The LED light will illuminate your cooking, so you get the best view of your masterpiece on the hob!
Cooker hoods are designed to remove steam and odours from your kitchen by pulling in air and cleaning it. The extraction rate determines how quickly this can be done. This model has three extraction speeds to choose from, so it’s great for clearing the air in your kitchen quickly. Select the lowest setting when you’re simmering or steaming food and the highest setting for frying and strong-smelling food.
Suitable for 60cm hobs
When you’re looking for a cooker hood to suit your kitchen space, you want to make sure that it’s the right size. This model would look fantastic above a 60cm wide hob and would be able to remove the amount of steam generated by a hob of this size – making it ideal for a standard-sized kitchen.
With a noise level of 68db, this cooker hood is on the louder side of the decibel scale. This model is more suitable for larger kitchen spaces. If you want something a little quieter, take a look at models ranging from 45db to 66db.
Extraction and recirculation
When it comes to extracting air, you can choose to vent it externally or recycle air back into your kitchen. If you can connect a ventilation hose to an external wall, the cooker hood will draw air in and push it outside. If your kitchen layout doesn’t allow for this, charcoal filters will remove unwanted odours and smoke, before releasing the clean air back into your kitchen. This means your kitchen will always be nice and refreshed – whatever layout you have.
Low extraction rate
The amount of air that can be removed from your kitchen in an hour depends on how powerful the extraction rate of your cooker hood is. This model has a low extraction rate, which means it’s ideal for clearing steam, smoke and cooking smells from a small area.

Great for the money
Great little extractor fan.
Easy to fit.
Noisy if on the highest fan setting, but dies the job.
Light very bright, but only one. Would be nice to have a less bright light but two, one on each side. This is just a minor thing and would not detract me from buying it again ( I hope I don't have to of course)!
Overall a good, solid product.

Not up to Neff quality
Rather flimsy construction but works ok if rather noisily. Doesn't feel as durable as we expected from Neff.

Good value for money but could be better
I purchased this extractor to replace an older model Neff fitting that was at least 23 years old and still functioning, but totally grease ridden even thought the paper filter had been changed regularly. It had to go!
The new one fitted the same recess and accepted the same furniture door. It has improved looks and does the job of extraction very well indeed. The access to the paper filter for replacement purposes is even easier than the old one. For the price, it is a very good buy.
However, I was disappointed that it came with only one 40W tungsten light bulb and not the '2 halogen bulbs' in the listing. Finally, and more significantly, it is definitely noisier than the old one, which is surprising, since newer technology normally improves on that sort of thing,
