I have the DGC6600 model, which has a slightly different door but otherwise is the same. The oven cooks wonderfully. Vegetables are so fresh and tasty without the need for salt. Breads are light and crispy. The, problem is the amount of steam emitted through the top of the door as the oven heats up. It makes the cupboard above soaking wet and the oven display impossible to read. I am worried that it will ruin our new kitchen cupboards. Meile say it is normal, so we have to live with it. I'd not have bought one had I known before. If I really do not have a faulty unit then Meile need to look again at the design as it is not good.
