Bosch design appliances that deliver outstanding performance, which is why you can rely on this cooker hood to eliminate strong cooking aromas. You can choose between 3 different extraction speeds, so the faintest soup and even the strongest garlic smells disappear. Thanks to the 2 grease filters, you can still entertain in the kitchen without pesky smells sticking to anyone’s clothes. And because the grease filters are made of paper, you can easily tell whether they need changing from their appearance. This model also features a light, so it’s great for helping you see better while you’re cooking.
Cooker hoods are designed to remove steam and odours from your kitchen by pulling in air and cleaning it. The extraction rate determines how quickly this can be done. This model has three extraction speeds to choose from, so it’s great for clearing the air in your kitchen quickly. Select the lowest setting when you’re simmering or steaming food and the highest setting for frying and strong-smelling food.
With a noise level of 64db, this cooker hood produces a medium-level sound. So whether you’re entertaining guests, watching the TV or listening to music, you won’t get too much of a distraction from the extraction fan.
Extraction and recirculation
When it comes to extracting air, you can choose to vent it externally or recycle air back into your kitchen. If you can connect a ventilation hose to an external wall, the cooker hood will draw air in and push it outside. If your kitchen layout doesn’t allow for this, charcoal filters will remove unwanted odours and smoke, before releasing the clean air back into your kitchen. This means your kitchen will always be nice and refreshed – whatever layout you have.
Low extraction rate
The amount of air that can be removed from your kitchen in an hour depends on how powerful the extraction rate of your cooker hood is. This model has a low extraction rate, which means it’s ideal for clearing steam, smoke and cooking smells from a small area.
Suitable for 60cm hobs
When you’re looking for a cooker hood to suit your kitchen space, you want to make sure that it’s the right size. This model would look fantastic above a 60cm wide hob and would be able to remove the amount of steam generated by a hob of this size – making it ideal for a standard-sized kitchen.
Great bit of kit, just needs the light to come on and off with canopy function. This would give it full five stars

Superb value cookerhood
This was recommended by our kitchen fitter, who said we couldn't go wrong with Bosch. It arrived as promised and is of superb quality. We even got a £30 cash back too. Highly recommended.

Err ... it's an extractor
Bought it to replace previous Bosch hood which had lasted nigh on 20 years (when I took it down, I realised I could have probably fixed the old one - that's Bosch for you). It's a little noisy at lowest speed but fine at the higher two. Extraction is good. Other reviewers say that it's a problem that the light doesn't turn off when you open and close it. To me, this is good design: I don't always want the light on when the fan's on and vice versa. If I want the light on or off when it isn't, I can endure the hardship of flicking a switch. Light is adequate. Apart from that. it's German engineering - properly built and designed to be fixable if it goes wrong. And it's relatively cheap. Recommended.

Not enough information on the website to make an informed decision. No actual info given on the differences between the extractors. This particular model doesn't have a panel covering the door so if you have wood or even any material it will deteriorate quickly being exposed to heat and airborne particles from cooking. Also it makes the feel when pulling the door open more flimsy than my previous model. Also the door can pull completely off with no stoppers preventing as such.
