Remove 99.95% of unsafe airborne particles with this Dyson Pure Cool Link purifier. The advanced HEPA graded filtration system eliminates allergens from the air so you can create a beautifully pure, breathable environment for your household. You can connect the purifier to the Dyson app on your Smartphone to monitor the air quality in every room of the house, and even control the settings remotely. You can purify the air as you sleep, thanks to the super-quiet Night Mode. And this model even doubles as a cooling fan for hot summer days.
Really happy with purifier, makes a great difference to air quality when left on auto especially when there are a few visitors. very quiet. on fan it cools the air very quickly.
I am very happy with Dyson pure air purifier very good
This air purifier is great. It's very quiet in a night and the night setting mode allows you to dim the display. Very powerful and safe also. A little on the expensive side compared to other brands but worth the money.
The Dyson pure cool link is a really useful product, especially for those who have allergies. It removes 99.95% of pollutants and allergens from the air, ranging from dust particles, pollen and animal allergens. You can control the device via the remote control provided, or from the Dyson app on a compatible smart phone. Which monitors the air quality and gives you a lot of information about the quality of the air in that particular room at that time. You can put it on auto mode, so it come on and off when it needs to, which is very handy and keeps the air quality at a good standard at all times. Or you can control it yourself to when you want it on/off. It can also be used as a fan to cool down rooms in the summer months, including tilt and oscillate features. Another good thing is that having young children, it is blade less... So you don't have to worry about trapped fingers! I would definitely recommend this product.
The Dyson Pure Cool Link is sleek, smart and bursting with great features. It comes in two parts that simply click together and with a remote control that handily sticks to the top of the amplifier loop as it's magnetic. The air purifier can be turned on via the main unit, the remote control or the Dyson link app which can be downloaded to Android of iOS. The unit links to the app wirelessly allowing you to control the unit and monitor air quality from your phone. The app has the same features as the remote control and the added advantage of allowing a schedule to be set where the air purifier comes on at specific times on specific days. The remote and app also allow a timer to be set where the unit goes into standby mode after a certain amount of time and nighttime mode where the unit drops down to level 4 and the display dims. The unit is on the large side, but light enough to move easily from room to room. It's pretty quiet unless on full power. I hardly notice it when the fan is set to 5 or under. We usually set our air purifier on Auto mode which adjusts the strength of the fan depending on the air quality of the room! We think the Dyson Pure Cool Link Air Purifier is fantastic and a great addition to our home. If you want to reduce the amount of pollutants and allergens in your home we would definitely recommend it.
The Dyson Pure Cool Link is an air purifier system which the manual says removes 99.95% of allergens and pollutants in the air as small as 0.1 microns with the added bonus that in the warmer months or hot days it can be used as a fan. It works by taking the room air in through the filter which Dyson recommend replacing after 4300 hours of use. This information to tell you how many hours are left in the filter is visually displayed if you are using the Dyson Link app with a compatible smart phone. The system itself as with all Dyson fans is blade less and so this makes it perfectly safe to use around children and pets. I have no worries leaving it running on the floor whilst my 2 year old is around. This particular model is designed for desktop use which makes it ideal for any room of the house, I have however tested it on the floor and it still performed just as well. The footprint of the machine easily fits onto an A4 piece of paper so on a desk or surface it won’t take up too much room. Out of the box it comes in two main parts which just require a simple click together and no tools are needed so it can be up and running in seconds, in addition to the two parts there is also an infrared remote control and an instruction manual. Once assembled there are two ways to control the Dyson Pure Cool Link, firstly you can use the remote control which works with infrared. To use the remote control you must point it at the front of the machine, it won’t work very well if at all if you point it at the sides, back or top. The other way to control it is with the Dyson Link app, this is a free app provided by Dyson which is simple to download. When you open the app for the first time there are on screen instructions on how to link the app to your device. You will need the wifi password for the Cool Link which can be found on the front of the machine, the instruction book or the box itself. I carefully followed the instructions and the app was set up to use within moments. The advantage of using the app over the remote control is that you have real time feedback about the quality of the air whilst the unit is in use. This is displayed on the main screen of the app and if you use the auto function of the app it will display the last 24 hours or week (however you choose to display it) in a graph form too which I found very interesting. As well as the real time air quality data you can use the app to control the functions of the fan. The main features include, auto mode, sleep timer and night mode. When in auto mode the Dyson Pure Cool Link will constantly monitor the air quality around it and alter the speed of air flow from the fan to accommodate this. If the air quality is poor the fan speed will increase so that more air is cleaned quickly if the air quality is good then the fan will shut off to standby mode but if the air quality changes it will come back on. Sleep timer can be set so that the machine switches off after the time that you set. Initially the increments are 15 minutes up to one hour then all the way to 9 hours in addition to the sleep timer if you are using the smart phone app you will also have the ability to set a weekly schedule for when you would want the machine to be on or off. When night time mode is activated there are two things that happen, firstly the display immediately dims and after 5 seconds completely goes off with just a really faint half moon symbol remaining illuminated. Secondly the fan speed if above 4 will slow down to 4 which should be quiet enough to sleep with, if it is already below 4 or on auto mode when night mode is activated then the speed will be capped at 4. I have found that the speed of 4 or below is extremely quiet and in a room of average size you can barely hear that it is running. The unit also has an oscillation feature which can be activated through either the remote control or the smart phone app. The unit osculates from just above the base so I have found that it will work even if the unit is on a soft surface such as a carpet. Overall I love this machine and can’t wait to put it to the test further when the pollen level begin to rise as we all suffer from hay-fever in our house. In the short time that we have owned it I have been fascinated by the graphs showing the times that air quality in the house has fallen below the target level and I feel this is a real advantage of using the app with the device. Another advantage is the ability to use it to cool warmer room in summer, the app gives you the current room temperature and you can adjust the air flow to cool the room remotely. I’ve tried to think of any disadvantage of the device but there really isn't anything I dislike about the Dyson Pure Cool Link.
