Connection, Disposal, Disconnection
Connection £ 19.99
We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.
Disposal £ 14.99
We’ll happily take away your old appliance for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old appliance away on our van rather than the recycling service.
Disconnection £ 6.99
We’ll disconnect your old appliance when we deliver your new one
This includes the tricky job of disconnecting it from your water pipes
Make delivery even easier by selecting all three connection and disconnection services in the basket. In one trip we can:

There’s dishwasher clean and there’s WaterWall™ clean. Discover Samsung’s revolutionary WaterWall™ technology, which delivers a truly outstanding cleaning performance. Using a sweeping wall of jet-powered water, it delivers unrivalled wall-to-wall cleaning that leaves dishes, pans, and cutlery simply spotless. And for when you need to clean both delicate items and ones that are extra dirty, there’s Zone Booster™. This is a unique feature that lets you create two different zones for more precise cleaning, in the same wash. It also comes with the cleverly designed removable FlexTray™, where cutlery is loaded flat for a more effective clean and unloaded in one easy go. If that’s not enough, at the end of the cycle the door opens automatically, helping your dishes to dry more quickly. Washing up has never been so effective and for peace of mind, it comes with a 5 year warranty too.
Absymal design means it takes far less than other dishwashers, when it is actually working that is. All sort of minor faults, it leaks, we had an error message on day 2. No display means you don't know where it is in the cycle.. which is annoying as the standard run is three hours.

Ease of Use5
Having bought this dishwasher in May 2015, it became apparent that there was a fault with the door, with condensation forming on the front of the dishwasher while in use, and the door opening slightly during operation. This was rectified with an engineer coming to realign the door.
Following this, the dishwasher then begun to stop mid-cycle and the engineer was called in again. He diagnosed that the water inlet pipe and valve needed to be replaced - this was over a week ago where we have been left without a working machine. One reason for purchasing this relatively expensive dishwasher was because of the extended manufacturer warranty offered which in this case will certainly be useful. Machine will be returned if the faults aren't rectified in the very near future.
When it works it cleans very well.

Great Dishwasher Over all
Very Modern Stylish looking washer from leading technology Firm Samsung
It is rather a beast size wise but when I opened it that meant plenty of room inside
Indeed I was not wrong , not that I could get away with it but you could easily not wash up for week with this bad boy.
Plenty of room for everything and well designed inside.
ok so first wash ready to go , very surprised how quite the machine was when running that is after you can decide which one of the many programmes you would like to use.
The only negative about this machine I would say is the amount of water it uses so if your on a water meter don't have it running everyday fill it up then run it twice a week.

A Cool Way to Wash Dishes
As an ex-quality inspector and principal dish washer in our house, I am pretty picky about household appliances. When my Bosch blew up (a good machine which lasted well, but eventually developed a leak into the electronics), I had to get a new one fast. I have always been a fan of Japanese and Korean quality, so I thought I'd try the Samsung "waterwall". It was delivered in double quick time. Once I'd got all the packaging off and out of the machine, I was pleased to see what a cool looking machine it was - simple straight lines with no external controls. When switched on it lights up inside with purple LEDs. The touch controls inside the door provide a variety of programs, and you can set it to play tunes and open the door automatically at the end of the cycle. When it is running you can barely hear it - the only way you know it is working is by the blue strip light behind the door handle. As always, there are a few niggles. The waterwall system is only fitted at the bottom - the upper trays still use a rotary sprayer. The middle tray has only a high and low setting which means that, to get large diameter dishes in the bottom, the tray must be on its upper setting, which makes it too shallow. Also the auto and ECO settings don't handle dried-on dishes particularly well, so be sure to use the intensive and booster settings. By having an upper cutlery tray (which is a neat idea) this releases space in the main compartment, but it is not as spacious as it looks - you must practice new stacking skills. Nevertheless, all together a good experience!

Samsung Waterwall Dishwasher DW60H9950FW
The Samsung Waterwall Dishwasher is a good build and design. When you turn it on, there is a neon blue light in the door and inside. This is good as because the dishwasher is quiet, without the light, it would be hard to tell if it was on.
There are three racks, the bottom rack is for putting large plates, pans and other large objects in. The middle rack is for cups, bowels and wine glasses which have stem holders to stop them from breaking. This rack is adjustable to accommodate larger pots on the bottom rack. The top rack is for cutlery, which after use can be lifted out by the flexi-bag and taken to the cutlery draw.
On the bottom of the dishwasher there is a waterwall jet washing system were a bar is moved back and forth through the dishwasher, which makes a more intense clean.
When the cycle is finished the door automatically opens, which allows quicker drying. The sensory touch control panel is at the top of the door so when closed the setting cannot be tampered with or seen.
My overall thoughts on this dishwasher is extremely good but as I have never had a dishwasher before, I have nothing to compare it with.

Very good but...
This is a fantastic machine but you do have to be careful to load it only with reasonably clean cutlery and things otherwise the filter will block and stop the machine. Once we had worked this out we were pleased with it but came close to returning it beforehand.
