Connection £ 9.99
We’ll get your new fridge freezer in place, level the feet and take away all the bulky packaging for you. Your new appliance will need to sit for a few hours before it’s plugged in. This is important as it ensures the gas coolant inside the fridge settles
Disposal £ 19.99
We’ll happily take away your old appliance for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it's disconnected, emptied, fully defrosted and free of any ice and water. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old appliance away on our van rather than the recycling service.
227 Litre capacity - holds 12 bags of food shopping
Frost free - never manually defrost again
Annual energy cost - £37.88
Rapidly freezes new food added to the freezer
Dimensions (cm) - H177 x W55 x D58
This attractive Hoover fridge freezer has a stylish silver finish and a 227 litre capacity that’ll hold 12 shopping bags of groceries. It’s a frost free model, which means air circulates around the freezer, preventing ice from building up in the cabinet – so you’ll never need to manually defrost. With an average annual energy cost of £37.88, running this model won’t break the bank. It has a handy fast freeze setting, which drops the temperature inside the freezer temporarily. This rapidly freezes new food, preserving maximum flavour and nutrients.
This fridge freezer is not as it looks online, the capacity was supposed to be 50/50 but is in fact 60/40. Although the silver doors look good the side panels are cheap grey plastic (nasty). The freezer drawers are small and don't hold a lot, so overall not a good buy. I have to say I expected more from a reputable company like Hoover.

Super Fridge Freezer
There were no reviews for this model but I liked the look of it so I took a gamble which has so far paid off handsomely.
The fridge compartment is larger than the freezer - a family of 4 or more might struggle with the freezer capacity depending on cooking habits but I have found it more than adequate for my needs. The fridge is large and keeps food well chilled. The LED light is a nice feature and the in-door storage is big enough to hold plenty of milk, juice etc. One nice touch are the stainless steel trims on the shelves and doors - they aren't obvious on the pictures here.
I had been worried about reversing the doors but I completed the job on my own in around 45 minutes without much fuss (and I'm no handyman!) despite the warning in the booklet that it should be carried out by trained personnel!
The stainless steel door handles look great and the overall finish - doors and sides included - is really smart. It doesn't seem to show up finger marks too easily either.
As for noise, you get the odd click and gurgle as you do with all fridges once then door has been opened but it generally runs pretty quietly. My kitchen has a door and I can't hear the fridge in the next room.
Overall I'm delighted with this. I paid a bit more than I'd wanted initially but it's been worth it.
okay outside small inside

looks good till you open it!
looks okay till you open it with flimsy door handle, freezer capacity awful can hardly fit a loaf of bread in each drawer, hums continually, fridge door doesn't hold milk cartons sideways so only fits 2, no egg holder, overall small!
Cons: Noisy, Poor quality

The other reviews are inaccurate.
1. The sides are metal, not plastic
2. The handles are solid tubular brushed aluminium
The front is metallic silver, sides are a flat grey. It looks quite smart.
Freezer compartment does look a bit small, i guess the sides are full of insulation and this reduces the useable space a fair bit. I'd also agree that it seems more to be 60 (fridge)/40 (freezer) rather than 50/50, but that's what I wanted.
