Connection £ 9.99
We’ll get your new fridge freezer in place, level the feet and take away all the bulky packaging for you. Your new appliance will need to sit for a few hours before it’s plugged in. This is important as it ensures the gas coolant inside the fridge settles
Disposal £ 19.99
We’ll happily take away your old appliance for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it's disconnected, emptied, fully defrosted and free of any ice and water. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old appliance away on our van rather than the recycling service.

Took delivery of this item recently. My 33 year fridge/freezer had 'given up the ghost'. There was no one around that could fix it as it was so old and the company that made this particular item no longer make refrigerator. I was quite upset and waited for a miracle but it was not to be.
I did not want anything fancy, i.e. a fridge with varying amount of storage containers, etc. just something with a lot of shelves and a storage area for fruit and vegetables. My old refrigerator was 5'6" in height but could not find anything to match this. This caught my eye. It is perfect! I am growing to love it even more each day. Being from the older generation find it hard to adapt to change but with little work to do when cleaning it is right up my street and especially at my age.
From beginning to end everything went smoothly and it is nice when you speak to people you cannot see and they put you at ease from beginning to end is a bonus. Thank you.

Not frost free
Be careful before you buy only in the small print does it say it is low frost I bought in a emergency and over looked this fact. Like going back to the 1980's so an expensive mistake. Also not easy to maintain temperature. Otherwise it looks good and capacity is great. Just read the small print.
Pros: Good build quality, Looks good

Average fridge freezer with some annoying faults in design
After our 27 years old Finnish made, luxurious Fridge Freezer with double compressor motors finally gave up we had to replace it quickly. To make it difficult, our internet had some fault in the lines and was too intermittent to be able to compare various options in the market, therefore the right size for the fridge freezer was the only criteria we were able use when ordering the replacement. Thinking Bosch has a good reputation, we ordered this Classixx KGV36VW32G 60/40 model with high hopes.
We even managed to swap the door hinges from right to left by having first to prop the whole appliance on its back on some large books piled high under the top end and some thick towel under the lower end to get at the bolts underneath. (In our old one the changing of the side of the hinges had been much easier operation whilst it stood firmly upright in its normal place!)
It took full 12 hours for the new fridge to reach its operating temperature +4 degrees. When putting the food items into the fridge, it soon became obvious that there were only 5 slots at the sides to place the shelves. Without removing one shelf altogether (or perhaps later replacing it with a separately bought half shelf) there was no high enough gap for British standard milk canisters or even one litre cartons to stand upright... That is a huge problem because an opened milk canister lying on its side will leak from the top no matter how tight you screw the cap... And you cannot pile many such heavy items in the door, not room enough, and their weight on hinges will soon wear their flimsy plastic coatings.
We also noticed to our dismay that all the indicator lights in the upper edge of the body stay hidden behind the closed fridge door! So no warning lights visible without opening the door to indicate if the appliance is malfunctioning, thawing etc.
And that there also is an open recess from the top of the free standing appliance to the space where the controls and lights are - perfect catch for dust and grime to build up...
Transparent glass shelves make the fridge look roomy and it is easy to see what the crisper box contains. However, families with children, be aware of the fragility of the shelves in hard use.
Concerning the fridge door, it has to be pushed closed really firmly, otherwise the door has a tendency to stay ajar without us noticing.
For the same reason you cannot put any plastic packages with thin outreaching edgings on the upper shelf of the door as the edges easily reach the rubber door seal and stop it closing properly.
Otherwise the appliance seems to do its job and keeps the required temperatures. The deep freezer seems to function well.
We have already bought material for a half shelf to get our 14 pints of milk at a time standing upright without spilling all over the fridge and still have a half shelf to store smaller items behind.
I miss my perfect old fridge, with the help of which we brought up 5 children.
Pros: Value for moneyCons: Too few slots for shelves for required spacing
