This AEG model has a 7kg drum, which is ideal for a medium sized household. The clever stain action option adds an extra wash to your chosen cycle, which means it’ll tackle tough stains with ease – perfect for red wine or grass. There’s also a quick wash cycle that’ll deliver brilliant cleaning for a small load in just 30 minutes. If you love your woolly jumpers, the dedicated wool programme makes sure they stay in great shape. It uses cooler temperatures and gentle drum movements to keep them looking new for longer.
Take the hard work out of stain removal with AEG’s Stain Action technology. At the press of a button, this clever model will add detergent from the special compartment to the wash programme once the temperature reaches forty degrees - the perfect temperature for removing stains. This means your clothes will stay looking newer for longer.
30 Minute Quick Wash
Get your washing back in a flash with AEG’s really handy Quick Wash programme. In as little as 30 minutes, you can wash a small load that can’t wait. This is perfect if you’re short on time and need to wash some uniforms and work clothes in a hurry.
Your delicate woollen fabrics need a cycle that will treat them with the care they deserve. AEG’s special programme uses low temperatures and a slow spin speed to gently but effectively wash your clothes, so your favourite woolly jumper will stay looking newer for longer.

I bought this AEG machine to replace a 1998 integrated Siemens washing machine.
I chose this machine as the dimensions of the machine would fit the recess in my kitchen and perceived AEG to be a quality brand.
Whilst the machine appears to be good build quality it is noisy and the level of vibration is very excessive. I have tried re-fitting it twice, adjusting feet, checked leveling, having it sat on a piece of wooden worktop (35mm) floor and even bought AEG anti vibration pads,. Unfortunately the washing machine vibration is still there and it is shaking my kitchen to bits! All cupboards (and contents) and floors vibrate badly, even in my living room! When I reduce the spin to 1200 rpm, there is a marginal improvement. My 16 year old Siemens machine did not do this at 1400rpm, so I can only deduce that the machine is a bad design or the drum is out of balance.
I am about to phone AEG, however I suspect it it is a poorly designed machine.

Rear legs will not move!
A great washing machine - but the rear legs are NOT adjustable. We have had to lay tiles under the rear legs to get the washing machine level. A real pain! And as this machine is part of a fitted kitchen the lack if adjustment has made lining up cupboard doors very tricky. Stupid design floor on a otherwise excellent product.

AEG washing machine
Good machine, though not as quiet as I expected. Had a AEG washing machine previously, and always been happy with it.
AO service was faultless - delivered within 13hours! Excellent. Recommended.

So far the machine does what it says on the tin. I specifically bought this model as it has exactly the same door fittings as my previous Electrolux which made it very easy to install. The features are pretty much exactly the same as the cheaper Electrolux, but I presume the build quality is better and I hope it lasts a lot longer. So far so good
Pros: Ease to use, Looks goodCons: None
