Connection £ 9.99
We’ll get your new fridge freezer in place, level the feet and take away all the bulky packaging for you. Your new appliance will need to sit for a few hours before it’s plugged in. This is important as it ensures the gas coolant inside the fridge settles
Disposal £ 19.99
We’ll happily take away your old appliance for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it's disconnected, emptied, fully defrosted and free of any ice and water. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old appliance away on our van rather than the recycling service.

First impressions were good, bought to replace a fridge/freezer of similar size and this one has more capacity. However, I do have a few niggles, mainly with the glass shelves. Firstly, they are glass, no wire shelves which are much better for stacking bottles and cans. This in itself isn't too big an issue, however the way the shelves slot in, they have to come straight out to remove them/change position. This means the door has to go all the way back to more or less 180° to draw the shelf out, which is totally unsuitable in my kitchen. So once the shelves are in and the fridge in position, I can't move the shelves. Disappointing.

One reviewer [C 16 January 2016] mentions the niggle that the door has to be opened to almost 180deg to enable the removal of the glass shelves so I made sure that I could cope with that before ordering. After delivery I can confirm the door needs to be opened fairly wide but about mid-way between 90deg and 180deg for the shelves to be removed, ie 140deg. Very satisfied with info supplied on this item and service and delivery was first class.
