The Circulaire fan function is perfect for powerful, even heat. It uses a combination of the upper and lower elements and a special circular element surrounding the fan to circulate hot air throughout the oven – heating up quickly and cooking food uniformly on every shelf. And cleaning is a breeze thanks to the pyrolytic self-cleaning programme that burns away grease and food residue.

Fantastic oven, pleasure to cook with!
This oven looks great and is very easy to use. The simplicity of the controls and the oven’s slick look is impressive given the number of features it has. In summary, the oven can be used as a conventional, fan-assisted or circulaire oven depending on what you would like to cook. The manual has a helpful table showing which cooking method is best for different types of food. So far I have used the conventional oven for making pasty and the fan-assisted oven for roasting chicken. Both functions worked really well; the oven heats up quickly and cooks food consistently. I really like the large window and bright light so that you can easily see how the food is cooking. This is a large oven (70 litre capacity), with five shelve placements and a pull out tray which can be moved onto any one of the shelves. I think this would be a brilliant oven for anyone wanting to cook a large meal or a baker that is looking for consistent results/needs different types of heat.
The only negative I can think of is that the oven’s instruction manual which lacks detail in places and can be a little difficult to follow but the controls are very intuitive once you have had a play so it's not a big deal. Overall a really well designed practical oven, packed with features, I can’t wait to cook more with it!

looks nice until you try pyrolytic
I bought this oven 5 weeks ago and I was impressed it looked lovely easy to use once you have read the enormous manual but when I came to use the pyrolytic function everything changed. Once the cycle started our eyes were burning and we had to open the doors to let air flow through. When the cycle finished I was left with a burnt oven. The oven glass was badly burned as was the inside of the door. As the appliance was still under warranty an engineer was dispatched who told me I will need to clean the glass pyrolytic doesn't burn off fat only food deposits and to get myself some oven cleaner. Completely different information from that received at pot of sale. Would I recommend definitely no. I thought my days of buying oven cleaner were over.
