Energy efficient induction cooking. The SI3842B built in induction hob will make a great addition to your kitchen with its futuristic ring design and energy efficient induction power. Induction hobs heat the pan instead of the air around them, concentrating the heat where it should be and preventing wastage. It makes the hob really energy efficient, saving you money on your bills. There are 4 heating zones with the option of twin zone and each has a turbo setting to really give your cooking some oomph when you need it. There are 9 power levels for each zone so you can remain in complete control of your cooking at all times. There are residual heat indicators to let you know when the hob is cool enough to touch and an electronic timer you can set to keep track of your cooking. It’s worth noting only pans with a ferrous (magnetic) base are suitable for induction. You can’t use pans with glass and copper bases on an induction hob.
I am definitely very happy with this cooker.
Very easy to use and very easy to clean.
We love cooking in our house and for that reason choosing the right cooker was very important for us.
Previously we used to have a gas cooker and I wasn't sure about the induction, but I can definitely say I have done the right thing.
