Powerful, intensive wash programme to deep clean dishes
Unique detergent release system for a perfect clean
Special technology to protect glassware
This unique, black Bosch dishwasher will certainly make a statement. It cleans 12 place settings and features 5 fantastic wash programmes. The intensive cycle leaves stained dishes sparkling by using a higher temperature and spray pressure. Perfect for hectic evenings, the quick wash is done in a speedy 29 minutes. And there’s also a VarioSpeed function that reduces cycles by up to half the time while giving the same brilliant results. Fragile glasses are looked after by the integrated water softener. Plus, this model has an A++ energy efficiency rating.
I bought this Bosch to replace an older model which no longer heated the water. I had been pleased with the performance of my previous Bosch so decided to stick with the brand. I am so pleased I did. This newer model is fantastic. Even quieter and cleans even better. I sometimes have to put my ear to the dishwasher to check it is running it is so quiet! The selection of programmes is very good but the Vario speed option makes this wonderful. It cuts down the times of the programmes by about half apart from the quick and pre-rinse, naturally. I tend to use the Eco programme daily with Vario speed which takes the running time down from 3hrs30mins to 1hr 38mins and gives a thorough clean to everything including saucepans. Even the quick wash is very good for lightly soiled dishes and pans. Another feature I love is the automatic turn off when the programme has finished. I no longer worry whether it has finished late at night to make sure I turn the machine off because it does it for me. My only gripe is that it does not have a knife rack. It is a waste of valuable space to place bread and chef's knives where cups and glasses can go and they are too long to go in the cutlery basket. I had the foresight to remove the knife rack from my old machine and fit it into the new one. It's not an exact fit and can't be raised fully, but it's better than nothing. The top basket doesn't have any collapsible racks which I used to find useful, and the spacing for cups and glasses is completely different on the top rack compared to my previous model. However, that is a very minor thing. What you lose on the right hand side, you gain on the left. I really like the control dial. It is better than buttons and feels nice and sturdy. Lastly, the gloss black looks fantastic! Overall, I am delighted with my purchase and would recommend this dishwasher to anyone.
Pros: Ease to use, Good build quality, Looks good, Quiet, Value for moneyCons: No knife rack

so far quite impressed
Our old stainless smeg gave up after 12 years loyal service,so looking for a mid priced machine and a colour to match the kitchen we bought this one.I must say i have to keep looking at it to see if it is on because its so quiet,The wash is good as well. The instructions were a bit vague in places but once you have set up the machines rinse aid and salt rate it cleans really well. One thing i am concerned with is the door catch,,its sounds flimsey when you open and close it but i think im use to a heavy stainless door closing and not a plastic one.Overall very happy with my purchase,Ao provided an outstanding delivery service from my online order to front door, perfect!

This machine was bought as a replacement for an older Bosch model which was, at 15 years of age, beginning to show that it wanted to retire! Having had really good service from the previous dishwasher we decided on another Bosch machine and found this one in stock and ordered it online. This dishwasher is better than the one it has replaced. It is very quiet and the dishes come out sparkling clean and very dry. We are very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this machine to anyone who asked. It really is perfect.
