Connection, Disposal, Disconnection
Connection £ 19.99
We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly.
Disposal £ 14.99
We’ll happily take away your old appliance for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old appliance away on our van rather than the recycling service.
Disconnection £ 6.99
We’ll disconnect your old appliance when we deliver your new one
This includes the tricky job of disconnecting it from your water pipes
Make delivery even easier by selecting all three connection and disconnection services in the basket. In one trip we can:
Auto programme selects the perfect settings for you
Height adjustable top rack allows for taller items
Gives both an intensive and gentle wash for mixed loads
Special technology to protect glassware
Powerful, intensive wash programme to deep clean dishes
This Bosch dishwasher washes an impressive 13 place settings and features 5 excellent programmes. The intensive cycle uses higher temperatures and spray pressures to blast away burnt on food. There’s also a 29 minute quick wash that’s ideal for busy days. Perfect for mixed loads, the IntensiveZone function uses powerful spray pressure in the bottom basket and gently cleans items in the top rack. And if you’re not sure which option to choose, select the auto programme. This uses clever sensor technology to select the best settings, giving sparkling results.
Very quite dishwasher. Easy to use and set-up.
Minor niggles :-
1) when the wash completes there is no indication it has completed. The LEDs are all out. So if the wife put it on or me, the other person doesn't know whether it has been run without opening the door and inspecting the contents are clean.
2) The cutlery rack has smaller holes in it, some of the cutlery is fiddly to put in.
3) Cups don't align well in the cup section due to the space being smaller than the last dish washer we had.
Having said that we are very happy with it. Stuff comes out clean which is the primary function.
We paid more to have Bosch as the last one lasted 13 years. We will be very pleased if this one lasts the same.

Great cleaning power
Compared with our old dishwasher, this thing is virtually miraculous. So far we've put pans which have had mashed potato in, plates with dried on food and glass measuring jugs which have been used for microwaved scrambled egg. With our old dishwasher we would have had to rinse and scrape those off under a tap first, but these have all come out clean, and often using only only the eco or auto setting. It also has an 'Intensive Zone' button, which you can push to add more cleaning power to the lower basket, even on eco mode. This need for less pre-rinsing before loading means we're already using less water before we even turn it on.
It's so quiet we have had to check occasionally that we did actually press the start the button.
The shelves are much better organised that our old Zanussi. It seems easier to load a mixture of pots pans and plates of different sizes, making it seem more spacious, to the point where we sometimes run out of mugs or glasses.

My first dishwasher
I was limited to buying a machine 845mm high due to the height between my floor and worktop, 850mm might have fitted but I wasn't prepared to take the risk. Good decision as it turned out. This meant choosing a dishwasher from a smaller range ie by height, but this one has all the features I wanted, except for a half-load function. The machine is quiet, and everything comes out really clean. Perhaps it's the way I load it, but I do need to wipe off some water from some items when I unload it in the morning
