This Bosch dishwasher is great for large households as it washes 13 place settings. It features 5 excellent programmes, including a 29 minute quick wash that’s great for busy days. The intensive wash uses higher temperatures and powerful jets of water, meaning stubbornly stains don’t stand a chance. You also have the option of the delay timer, which lets you pre-set cycles up to 24 hours before they start. This model features clever technology that uses the ideal amount of water every time, so you don’t waste water or energy.
Ideal for a family household, this dishwasher has enough room for all of your dirty dishes thanks to its 12 place settings. Traditionally, a place setting comprises of a dinner plate, a soup bowl, a dessert plate, a tea cup and saucer and a range of meal-time cutlery – so there really is plenty of space for everything you get through in your normal day.
A plus energy rating
By calculating and combining the drying efficiency, load capacity, noise level and water and energy consumption, this dishwasher has been awarded the third best rating for energy efficiency. Almost half of the electricity consumed in your home is estimated to be from kitchen appliances, so choosing a more efficient model like this A+ rated dishwasher can really help you save on your energy bills.
Active water sensor technology
Active Water is a revolutionary bit of technology from Bosch that ensures you get the most from every drop of water that your dishwasher uses. By reducing the amount of water in the rinse phase, increasing the heating-up times and improving pump performance, no water is wasted. By reducing water and energy consumption, this model reduces your impact on the environment and can help you to save money on your utility bills.
The Half Load option on this dishwasher means that you will no longer have to wait until your machine is full to clean your dishes. Adding flexibility to your washing routine, you can load either the upper or lower rack, or even both together – all without worrying about wasting water or energy. This clever machine uses sensors to detect how many dishes are inside and it works out the correct amount of water to use – saving you money on your utility bills.
Time saving VarioSpeed
If you're in a rush, the VarioSpeed option on this Bosch dishwasher is perfect because it has the power to speed up your programme by a whopping 50%. Using clever sensors it calculates the weight of the load and the exact amount of water needed for the wash. This helps it to work out how much time is needed to wash and dry your dishes – a really easy way to save you time and money.
Drop off and collection was quick and efficient.
Took me and a mate about 2 hours to install, neither of us DIY experts, you will need a special screwdirver, i think it's a torx one.
The instructions are pretty good, i'd recommend that you drill the holes into the diswasher door for the screws once the door is in place. Only moan would be the plastic screw on the front that adjusts the back "leg" height was a bit weak and broke, so we'll have to use a ratchet if we ever need to change it.
It's very very quiet, we've not used heaps of the different programs yet, thought it looked a little small but it's pretty standard size once in situ.
So, yep, happy with this.

Had this couple of weeks now. Cutlery basket can be moved around which is a bonus for fitting things easily into bottom rack. Extremely quiet when running. Hot, Eco, half loads, half time programmes give lots of options. All deliver excellent results. Height of top and bottom drawers can be changed. Excellent height. Didn't come with salt funnel but called Bosch and one was delivered free of charge next day. Built in so didn't describe looks good as a pro as its not seen.

Ease of Use4
This is a very good product it's quiet efficient and does what it's supposed to do
It's an fully integral unit and therefore can be a bit tricky to install
The instructions are diagrams only and quite difficult to follow. You really need to study the instructions carefully and then some.
Pros: Ease to use, Good build quality, Looks good, Quiet, Value for moneyCons: Complicated
Male, 55 to 65, Single from Birmingham
Ease of Use5
Generally very good
The only thing I don't like is that if there are a lot of breadcrumbs on something it tends to leave them stuck to the other crockery and glassware. Apart from that, really good and far better than the Smeg I had before.
Pros: Ease to use, Good build quality, Quiet
Female, 35 to 44, Couple from Cheshire

Excellent dishwasher. So quiet you only know it's in operation because the red light is shining on the floor. Easy to use, great price and even better with the free installation that was on offer for Bosch items
Pros: Ease to use, Good build quality, Looks good, Quiet, Value for money
