Induction cooking from Stoves. The STERLING1000Ei has an energy efficient induction hob. It uses magnets below the surface, so only your pan heats up. Not wasting any energy or money. This large cooker also has over 100 litres of cooking space. The top right oven has a fan, so not only are you getting an all round even heat, you’re also getting rapid cooking times. It also has loads of handy features, including an interior light for keeping an eye on your food. There’s a programmable timer too, so you can plan ahead with your cooking. A fantastic time saver.

Takes some getting used to but excellent
This is our first induction cooker, so it takes some getting used to. Not burning things is an art, but over time, you get better as you understand the differences.
The only other downside is that one of the ovens is still leaving food with a chemical taste. Guess this will wear off over time.
Overall, an excellent product.

We previously had the 800mm version of the stoves range cooker, which was a great cooker, but as we are a large family this version only had one oven, so when we were replacing the kitchen we decided to replace the cooker with the Stoves Sterling 1000Ei. This cooker is fantastic, heats up very quickly, and has not disappointed yet. The indcution hob is superb, has several different settings which are really useful. We relly like the slow cooker facitlty as I can prepare a meal so that it is ready for when we return home from work. Would highly recommend this appliance.

the induction hob is soooo easy to clean it looks lovely, but the doors are slightly mirrored and show every single finger print. once you remember to only ever use the handles - then it no longer matters. i've only ever cooked with a gas hob and electric fan oven before but this is a really great cooker with such instant reactions, it's just like cooking with gas. It helps that it is also very good looking. i wish i'd bought one years ago.
