Connection, Disposal, Disconnection
Connection £ 19.99
We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.
Disposal £ 24.99
We’ll happily take away your old appliance for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old appliance away on our van rather than the recycling service.
This Samsung Ecobubble washer/dryer is packed with features to make your life easier. For starters it has a whopping 12kg wash capacity; that means you can get 12 full outfits cleaned at one time. You can also get through 8kg of drying done too, so if you have a large family, you’ll watch the washing pile shrink in no time at all. Ecobubble technology injects your detergent with air and water to create deep penetrating foam. You can get the same clean results washing with cool water than you can washing with warm, saving money and energy. The display is modern and intuitive and gives you tons of washing options including a speedy 15 minute quick wash and outdoor care.
Can't believe how much the drum holds. Three king duvet covers and an actual single duvet disappeared inside.
Clothes come out not only really clean, but are so well spun, they're almost dry - on the wash function. I rarely use the dryer function as it just takes time and electricity. Just make sure you don't over fill the drum on the dry cycle otherwise it just doesn't seem to work.
Love the Eco bubble and tune it plays to say it's finished. The 15 minute wash really handy & especially the power Vs water indicator to show you how much energy you are using when choosing the cycle.
Watch out for the size of the machine, it is too big for the space so measure carefully. I knew that though and it sticks out a bit far that's all. I forgive it as having a big family, getting washing done is more important than aesthetics.
Overall, worth the additional spend. No technical problems. Very quiet, hardly know its on so I can put on in the evening when the kids have gone to bed.

This washer dryer has an enormous drum yet fits easily into the space left by my previous much smaller capacity washing machine. It looks great and the control panel is colourful, tuneful and easy to use. It washes well, but the cycle times are very long and there is no "time saver" facility for shortening them. Drying takes a HUGE amount of time, though to be fair, if you have the patience and time to wait, the results are good. And, once you have started a programme, it is not possible to alter or cancel it, you're stuck with it to the bitter end.
The control panel indicates the time your chosen programme will take, and this can be alarmingly misleading. For example, if you choose a basic cotton wash and cupboard dry for, say, half a drum load of clothes, the machine will tell you it will take around 9 hours to complete! This is not the case. After the wash cycle, it recalculates timings which brings it down to about 4 hours 30 mins in total. There is a delay function, so at least you can set the machine going overnight or when you're out all day, so perhaps the long cycles won't bother you. To summarise, good results, but they take a long time to achieve.

good all round washer dryer
It is a simple to use, quiet machine, seems to be quite economical to run as well. All in all a good purchase.

Review of WD12F9C9U4W
I am reviewing the Samsung WD12F9C9U4W. It is a washer dryer and has a whopping 12 kg washing capacity and up to 8kg drying. The machine itself looks fantastic, white with chrome door and LED display. The washing cycles are really good and fairly easy to work through until you find the program that most suits your needs. As a family of 7 the larger drum is a real plus as it cuts down on the amount of loads per day and therefore time and ultimately money. The drying part for the first few days didn't go quite as well. Unfortunately the instructions that accompany the machine are sadly lacking and do not provide enough clarity as to cycles, drying times and what would be classed as a cotton or synthetic wash/dry. We tried various settings, we changed the amount of washing and the type but were still coming back hours later and finding damp clothes. For years we had used a washer dryer and were able to dry a fairly mixed load on a medium heat and we were worried about putting anything but pure cotton into a cotton dry setting in-case it was too hot. We came to the conclusion that this is not the case. Synthetic dry appears to be for only very delicate materials and cotton dry for just about everything else. Now we have figured this out I can honestly say we are over the moon with this machine. It's quiet, looks great and the Eco Bubble setting is genius, let's you wash at a much lower temperature due to air being pumped into the wash. It also has an air wash system (no water) that can do your dry cleaning that I can't wait to try. All in all if the the instructions can be brought up to spec or even a link to an online manual could be supplied then this will truly be the next generation of washing machines.
