Connection, Disposal, Disconnection
Connection £ 24.99
We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.
Disposal £ 24.99
We’ll happily take away your old appliance for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old appliance away on our van rather than the recycling service.
Huge drum helps you get lots done at once. Thanks to the 9kg drum you can wash up to 45 T-shirts per load – it’ll even take the sheets off your double bed with ease. And it can dry up to 21 T-shirts in one go - ideal for a larger household. The Fast Wash will get a load of around 10 T-shirts done in just 30 minutes. If you want to combine that with an extra drying section, you can get an outfit washed and dry in just 45 minutes. The Super Silent motor is brushless, so you don’t get annoying friction noises from your wash either.
I like this machine, we had a Hotpoint Aqualtis washer dryer that died and this is to replacement. It works fine and looks nice, but the cycles are far too long. My old machine had a coloured, 40 degree wash time of 1hr 40 mins, but this takes 3 hours 8 mins. I don't understand why it takes so long?

This was bought to replace an aged washer/drier which did neither job well. It seems to wash clothes much better than the old one and has two major advantages... It is quiet. It does not jump around all over the floor. Our machine sits on a suspended wooden floor; the old one could move a considerable distance when spinning - this one stays firmly put.
There is a bit of a smell when drying, but no doubt this will disappear over time.
Quick wash seemed reasonably efficient and it can take a large load for both washing and drying.
Due to the large number of programmes available, it will take a bit of time to get used to what are the best settings!

Overall good product.
This washer/dryer is not as quiet as the old Hotpoint I had. Also, it appears to have lost some of the useful features of the old hotpoint, such as an hour long quick 40 deg. cycle, and now has a multitude of features which I am not sure I personally will ever use. However, I must say that after a good wash/dry my towels are the softest and fluffiest they have been in years! Also, unless clothes are really soiled, I would suggest using the time-saver function as standard. Huge capacity so would be great for a big family.

Good Quality & Value Machine
This machine isn't quite as good as good as our previous Hotpoint washer dryer but it is good & I would recommend it for the load size, wash ability, spin speed and price/value. However, the wash & drying cycles are too long (you have to use the Time Saver or Eco button when available). The dryer function is confusing as the cycles appear to be far too long but actually stop much sooner than expected.
