Connection, Disposal, Disconnection
Connection £ 24.99
We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.
Disposal £ 24.99
We’ll happily take away your old appliance for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old appliance away on our van rather than the recycling service.
Disconnection £ 6.99
We’ll disconnect your old appliance when we deliver your new one
This includes the tricky job of disconnecting it from your water pipes
Make delivery even easier by selecting all three connection and disconnection services in the basket. In one trip we can:
This Miele washing machine has an 8kg drum, so it’s great for medium-sized households and the A+++ energy rating means this model is super-efficient. The clever CapDosing system uses specialised capsules for a variety of fabric types, dispensing the detergent at the optimal point of the wash cycle. This ensures a really thorough clean that’ll keep your favourite clothes looking new. All Miele washing machines are tested for the equivalent of 20 years’ use, so you’ll receive many years of exceptional performance.
As a washing machine reconditioner, I see high numbers of machines pass through my workshop every week. I have owned easy at least 30 of every other brand in the book of washing machine, or other appliances, and I can honestly say that you can't get anyhwere close to the build quality of a Miele washing machine. The build quality is through the roof compared to every other brand out there, the performance is noticeable for good reasons and it does the job flawlessly. They are worth every last penny!
Pros: Ease to use, Good build quality, QuietCons: None
Female, 55 to 65, Single from Euxton
Ease of Use4
An excellent machine, which does what it says on the tin. Not as versatile as old (Miele) which allowed any selected program to be allocated any temperature.
However overall exactly what you'd expect from a Miele.
Pros: Good build quality, Quiet
Female, 55 to 65, Large Family from East Anglia
Ease of Use5
I had had my old Miele for about 13 years and it must have done an average of more than 10 washes per week as I have a large family; replacing it was like saying goodbye to an old friend. However, the new one is amazing - incredibly quiet, large capacity and user friendly. I'm very happy!
Pros: Ease to use, Good build quality, QuietCons: Expensive
Female, 35 to 44, Large Family from Devon
Ease of Use3
This produces beautifully clean clothes at a minimum of effort, but you need to read the instruction book carefully to fully appreciate all it can do. The ironing mode is great for school uniform (hang it out wet and it doesn't need ironing) and every setting can be fiddled with to get what you need. The quality of the whole thing is amazing. I'm never buying another brand now.
Pros: Good build quality, Looks good, Quiet, Value for money
Female, 45 to 54, Small Family from Fife, scotland
Ease of Use4
Wishy washy banished
The machine is quite and cleans alot better than the last one. Controls for the wash take a little getting the hang of but once done is easy. One thing that really is noisy was the finish beep but again this is new to me and sounded a bit like a phone going off. And the ten year guarantee is what I was looking for.
Pros: Ease to use, Good build quality, Looks good, Quiet, Value for money

BEST WASHING MACHINE, WORTH IT!
I had my previous Mile for 19 years and 8 children's worth! Never went wrong and only replaced it to buy a newer model. This new model is staggeringly quiet! Having turned it oni am sure like me, you will have to peak at it to see if indeed it is on. If you don't like noisy machines then you can buy this machine for this reason alone, however, I love the 20 min programme...washes brilliantly. I love the functions, clarity and straight forward manner of the machine. The results at 50 degrees on stained white towels is excellent. I looked at every other brand, especially Siemens, Bosch, AEG and Samsung but was surprised that after all these years Miele still dominate this market with outstanding Warranties on well proven products.
Pros: Ease to use, Good build quality, Looks good, Quiet, Value for moneyCons: None
