Connection, Disposal, Disconnection
Connection £ 24.99
We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.
Disposal £ 24.99
We’ll happily take away your old appliance for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old appliance away on our van rather than the recycling service.
Disconnection £ 6.99
We’ll disconnect your old appliance when we deliver your new one
This includes the tricky job of disconnecting it from your water pipes
Make delivery even easier by selecting all three connection and disconnection services in the basket. In one trip we can:
Disconnect and recycle your old appliance
Safely install your new one

This Miele model has an 8kg drum - so it’s ideal medium-sized households. Thanks to an incredible A+++ energy rating, you know this model is super-efficient – making it great for the environment. The TwinDos dispensing system delivers brilliant cleaning whilst saving detergent – it releases the perfect amount at the optimal point of the wash cycle. You can use a detergent of your own choice or use Miele’s 2 Phase System for best results. All Miele washing machines are tested for the equivalent of 20 years’ use, so you know that this model is built to last.
Coming from using a 'classic' Beko washing machine, I can certainly appreciate the build quality and the engineering that has gone into building the next-generation washing machine.
However, this model feels like a prototype. To do a simple wash you need to press 4-5 buttons! You need to 'OK' the programme, then select the detergent compartment and then press Start,
And the worst thing is, it's easy to forget selecting the detergent compartment, and so you could run a full 2.5 hr cycle in just water with no detergent or conditioner. Well, technically it always takes detergent from drawer, but if you have paid the premium to use the TwinDos feature, there should be a way to automatically selecting that.
Miele have confirmed that you do need to manually select the TwinDos every time annoyingly. Also for certain washes such as Woolen, you cannot use TwinDos, and that leaves you to filling the Drawer.
Don't get me wrong, it's promising, but not quite there yet. And so my advice would be to wait. If you are after a Miele (and I will recommend them) the earlier models are just as good without any of the hassle.

Ease of Use4
A customer who has been given a product to use and keep in exchange for an honest review.
I love it!
This is truly a fantastic washing machine! I have read a few other reviews and some people have complained about it being quite complicated but I found it easy to use straight away! It can be a little noisy but only if the spin cycle is high (I am nit-picking here though, It's not a massive problem.) The TwinDos system is fantastic - no more measuring out detergent and fabric softener! It is definitely worth the money!
Pros: Ease to use, Good build quality, Looks good, TwinDosCons: Expensive
