This 8kg Siemens heat pump tumble dryer does all the hard work for you. It has clever sensors that work out the perfect cycle run time so your clothes are dry and super soft. There’s also an anti-crease cycle that loosens and detangles your clothes, during the final spin, this cuts down your ironing time too! Additionally, the sensor drying feature prevents your clothes from over-drying, leaving them lovely and fresh. And, all this is done with heat pump technology which re-uses hot air created during the cycle, making it super energy-efficient.
Replacing a Miele condenser dryer, I was looking for something energy efficient, that would do a good job, and have some kind of free extended warranty. The Siemens range appeared to fit the bill, but if you google it, there are so many bad reviews: clothes going in for ages (4+ hours in some cases) and still coming out wet. Could it really be this bad? I then came across positive reviews on the JL website, so decided to take a chance. I'm not disappointed. Far from it. I reckon it dries better than my old Miele, which although 10 years old is still one of their top models. You need to be smart and choose the right setting, and I've always respun the washing before drying it (cheaper I figure to get more water out by spinning than using heat).
Buy one. You won't be disappointed, and I don't have to worry about it breaking down for 5 years!
Pros: Ease to use, Good build quality, Looks good, Quiet, Value for moneyCons: None
