We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Disposal £ 24.99
We’ll happily take away your old appliance for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old appliance away on our van rather than the recycling service.

My 85 year old Nan works this!
I got this for my Nan as help old one had bitten the dust! As she is in her mid-80's I was concerned that some might be a bit too hi-tech for her
After it had been delivered and installed she set about getting the hang of it, the following day she phoned me up and said she's now a pro and is unbelievably happy with it!
It's looks smart, easy to use, has a massive drum and quiet too.
I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a new washer-dryer.

A great washer/dryer. i have found it very easy to use with clear displays and easy to follow wash cycles. I find that the large wash capacity is fabulous for a family. I like the idea that you can choose how dry you want your washing to be ie cupboard dry, hanger dry or iron dry.
The push & wash & dry button is ideal and means that you can just press and hold in the button and this gives you a wash and dry cycle which washes at 30 degrees and leaves your clothes iron dry. Another fabulous wash option is the sport cycle. This is a feature where you can choose if you are washing trainers or gym kit.. the various cycles are very self explanatory and the machine is very easy to use. you can see on the digital display how long the cycle runs for which is very handy. i would recommend this machine to my friends

Great washer dryer
A bit complicated to use but a great washer dryer. Quick on everyday programs and so quiet. The downsides are.... You can't open the door mid drying cycle you have to switch it off then restart the cycle so it's over complicated. When you switch on the machine it doesn't start a new cycle it tells you it is at end so you have fiddle around with the controls to start the dame program you used previously. Gels are no good in the drawer as they are still there at the end of the cycle. These are all minor niggley things. It is a little complicated at first but quick to get the hang of it. It does almost as well as a separate tumble drier. Hope fully it will last longer than my last machine. (A candy just over 2 years)
Pros: Ease to use, Looks good, Quiet, Value for money

Failed to meet expectations
The item is nicely finished, it's very quiet and the capacity of the machine is excellent as is the spin. I would have preferred the door to be the same colour as the rest of the machine, but that's just being picky. The timer doesn't seem to agree with the actual wash time. The drying facility - if I have understood the manual correctly - fools you by letting water into the machine as the cycle begins which I find very odd. It then takes a very, very long time to dry the load. I have a dog so muddy pawprints are a regular occurrence. I've had to repeat the wash cycle on two occasions as aforementioned muddy pawprints were still visible. (the first time I blamed the detergent as I'd just bought a well-known 2-in-1 brand of detergent but the second time I reverted to one of the big names with the same result).
