You’ll often see cashback promotions on our site; either for a specific brand, or as ao cashback offers which run across a wider range of products. If a product is eligible we'll make it clear in your search results and on the product page. We’ll also include a link to let you know how to claim when you complete your order.
These offers will need to be claimed within a specified time after placing your order. If the offer has expired but you want to check how to claim it, you can check our full list of active and recently ended promotions here.
If you’re eligible for ao cashback, we’ll include a claim form within your invoice email. You’ll need to submit that form within 14 days to claim your cash back, and you’ll receive your payment within 28 days.
Microsoft Surface Bundle
Subject to availability. If you wish to return the bundle, you must return all items to qualify for a full refund. Otherwise a partial refund amount will be offered. If there’s any problem with any part of your order, please call our customer contact centre on 0344 324 9222 with your order reference to hand.
Protection Plan Callback Offer
Our protection plan callback offer is available when you opt-in to receive a call from our team to discuss protection plans. There are four rewards you can choose from. However if you do not answer the call from our team before your product is delivered, you will only be able to choose the £20 voucher code when we do speak to you after delivery.
If you would like to choose free disposal of your old appliance, please make sure it is disconnected (unless you have ordered our disconnection service) and empty. If it is a fridge freezer or freezer, please make sure it is fully defrosted. If it’s a TV, please make sure it’s removed from any stands or brackets.
If you would like to choose free standard installation, there’s a few things you need to check. We can’t install your item if:
- Any electrical/plumbing supplies needed fail the delivery team's testing or are unsuitable.
- Any water supply needed cannot be isolated or is unsuitable.
- Any drainage/waste facilities needed are unusable.
- Mechanical adjustments are required to the item(s) to overcome such things as water pressure etc.
- Alterations to existing plumbing and electrical are required.
If you’ve already paid for installation but wish to choose this option, we’ll refund you for the value of this service. This offer only includes the value of installation, not the delivery fee or any other services you’ve paid for. Any refund will be processed to the card that you originally paid with.
Time Slot Upgrade
If you would like to choose a free timeslot, you’ll be able to upgrade your delivery to include the timeslot of your choice, where available. We do not make any amendments to an order after 5pm the day before delivery for logistical purposes. Geographical restrictions apply. If you’ve already paid for a timeslot but wish to choose this option, we’ll refund you for the value of the timeslot. This offer only includes the value of the timeslot, not the delivery fee. Any refund will be processed to the card that you originally paid with.
£20 Voucher Code
If you would like to choose a voucher for £20 off your next order, this is redeemable when you spend £299 or more on a product. The qualifying spend cannot include services, such as delivery or installation. You will have three months from receipt of the voucher code to redeem the voucher and it can only be used when placing orders on our website (not over the telephone). Existing customers may use the voucher, and it is non-transferable and has no monetary value. The voucher can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher codes.
You'll often see free gift, trade-in, cashback and extended warranty promotions which are offered by the appliance manufacturers. If a product is eligible for one of these offers, we'll make it clear in your search results and on the product page.

FAQs on promotions
Where do I enter my discount code?
The discount code box can be found at the bottom of your basket. Simply type or copy and paste your code into the box and click apply. Your total will update to include your discount saving. Please be aware, you must enter your discount code in the basket as it can't apply it later.
I'm a new customer and I received a £20 discount code. How do I use it?
You'll be able to use your £20 discount when you place an order for an item of £299 or above. Please note this offer applies to orders for individual items over £299, not a total order value of £299. Simply enter your code in the basket and your discount will be applied automatically.
Can I use a discount code if I order on the phone?
Yes, if it's a discount code that you've seen on our website. Please let our friendly customer advisors know that you have seen a discount code so that they can add this to your basket. If it is a unique discount code that you've received via an email, then it will need to be redeemed online as it isn’t valid for orders placed over the phone.
Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
No. Sorry, only one voucher code can be used per transaction. Your unique discount code has been generated especially for you and can only be used once, however all other discount codes can be used as often as you like.
Do I qualify for a delivery promotion if I live in Northern Ireland?
No. Sorry, all deliveries to Northern Ireland cost £15 and are not included in any delivery promotions.
