There’s nothing quite like a gingerbread house at this time of year, but have you seen these miniature ones. They’re adorable! These beauties sit on the side of your cup and make the perfect accompaniment to your favourite hot drink.
Here's how it's done
- 500g Plain Flour
- 1tsp Bicarbonate of soda
- 200g Honey
- 120g Caster Sugar
- 25g Gingerbread Spice Mix
- 120g Unsalted Butter
- 1 Egg

Add flour to mixer. Followed by the warm honey mixture. Mix until a stiff dough forms.

Roll into a ball.

Chill for 20 Minutes.

Remove dough.

Roll out to 2-3mm thick.

Using templates cut out your house shapes.

Pop onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 4-5 Minutes at 180 degrees (fan).

Remove from oven. Using a white icing pen, stick the sides together.
