Mini baked potatoes with cream cheese and salmon

Here's what you'll need...


  • 300g new potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • Small bunch chives, chopped

Mini Yorkshire puddings with beef and horseradish

  • 45ml sunflower oil
  • 100g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 65ml milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 90g fillet beef
  • Drizzle of sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp crème fraiche
  • 1 tsp horseradish (creamed)

  • 6 quails’ eggs, cooked in boiling water for 2 minutes, cooled and peeled
  • 70g sausage meat
  • 20g plain flour
