I’m not sure about you, but when warmer weather arrives all I can think about is ice cream. The other thought on my mind is that summer holidays are looming and ice cream is definitely not bikini-body friendly. Sorbet on the other hand is, especially if you replace the sugar with stevia and make it yourself. You don’t even need an ice cream maker. All you need is three simple ingredients and a blender and you can have an amazing guilt-free summer dessert.
