Provided by Domestic & General, the service includes a further 12 months’ of ongoing maintenance and support, so your appliances will stay in tip top shape. Plus, if we can’t fix your initial fault or it’s beyond economic repair, there’s no charge. What’s not to like about that?

    What you get with AO Repair & Care

    AO Repair & Care includes lots of benefits, to make sure your appliance gets the attention it deserves.

    • An initial repair from an expert engineer and if we can’t fix your issue, we won’t charge any money and we’ll refund any fees paid up to that point
    • Access to our Appliance Care portal to keep your appliance in tip top shape
    • An annual online or telephone health check for your appliance
    • Set-up and ongoing support for your appliance
    • Further repairs from expert engineers if your appliance fails its annual health check or stops working
    • A replacement appliance if yours can’t be fixed after the initial repair – you’ll only have to pay for the installation and disposal

    What happens after my repair?

    AO Repair & Care includes a further 12 months’ support and maintenance help after your first repair. You’ll get an annual health check to help keep your appliance running smoothly, as well as handy hints and tips to keep it in tip top shape.

    If you do experience any problems and it can’t be fixed by remote support, you can book a visit from an expert engineer to help get your problem sorted. If we still can’t fix your appliance or it’s beyond economic repair, we’ll replace your product with a new one that has the same or similar specifications. You’ll just need to pay for the installation and the disposal of the old model.
