Will Coronavirus affect my order?
We’re following government advice so we can continue to serve our customers while keeping everyone protected.
We’re still delivering and providing services, but if you’re self-isolating we will be restricted in how much we can do. If you’re self-isolating, we won’t enter your home. We can deliver to your doorstep or you can rearrange delivery to a later date, so we can complete any additional services within your home after the isolation period has ended.

There's a recall notice on my Hotpoint, Indesit or Whirlpool washing machine, what should I do?
Whirlpool are recalling certain Hotpoint and Indesit washing machines, manufactured between October 2014 and February 2018, due to a potential fire safety risk.
Whirlpool will be contacting customers, however, to find out if your appliance is affected customers can call 0800 316 1442 [0818 903 281 for Ireland]. If you call the Helpline, you will be asked for the Serial Number, which is found on the inside of your washing machine door, and the colour of the door lock – so please have this information ready. Alternatively, you can use this model checker.
The advice from Whirlpool is to unplug your appliance, however if it is a necessity, Whirlpool have advised that customers should only use water cycles of 20°c or less as this reduces the risk due to a heating element being activated during cycles above 20°c.
