2-3 As A Side Dish
Preheat the grill on medium-high heat. Line a small roasting tray with foil.
Slice the ends off the asparagus, rinse and pat dry. Lay flat on the tray and drizzle with a little olive oil. Season generously.
Place the tray a few inches from the grill and cook, turning over midway, for a couple of minutes on each side until the asparagus is fork tender.
Sprinkle with some crumbled blue cheese and serve immediately.
