Wash the kale and boil for three minutes.
Whilst the kale is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and add the garlic. Sauté for two minutes before adding the butter beans.
Heat the butter beans with the garlic for two minutes, before adding the chilli. Cook for a further two minutes, until the beans are hot.
Drain the kale and toss in with the beans. Squeeze over the lemon juice and sauté for a further minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
