    Crêpes with Cinnamon Sugar & Vanilla Ice-Cream

    A Christmas market classic, have a go at making your own Crêpes!

    "There’s no need to pay over the odds for a crêpe, simply make your own and give them a seasonal twist with some cinnamon sugar!"

    Here's what you'll need...

    • 150g plain flour
    • 2 large eggs
    • 300ml semi skimmed milk
    • 4 tsp golden caster sugar
    • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
    • butter for greasing

    Here's how it's done... Step 1

    Put the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle, add the eggs and mix.

     

    Step 2

    Add the milk and mix together until the batter is smooth and there are no lumps.

     

    Step 3

    Put the batter into the fridge for 15 minutes and mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Now turn on your crêpe maker and grease the surface with butter using some kitchen paper.

     

    Step 4

    Once the crêpe is completely dry on the top, turn it over to bake from the other side.

     

    Step 5

    Transfer to a plate and coat lightly with the cinnamon sugar, serve with vanilla ice-cream and a lovely cup of coffee!
