here's what you'll need...
- bread
- chocolate hazelnut spread
- red sprinkles
- a butter knife
- heart shaped cookie cutters
here's how it's done...

Cover one slice of bread with chocolate hazelnut spread.

Cut a heart shape into the corner of the other slice of bread.

Sandwich the two slices together and fill the heart sparingly with sprinkles.
