Browning
2-3 chicken fillets
285g Greek yoghurt
238ml Tomato sauce
1 Tsp Salt
4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Honey
4 Tbsp Tomato Paste

1 Tbsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp dried Fenugreek
120ml double cream

Spices:
Add butter, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, cumin, chilli, turmeric and black pepper, then stir.

Browning:
Add boneless chicken, Greek yoghurt, tomato sauce, salt, lemon juice, honey and tomato paste, then stir again.

Next, cook for 9 minutes on the ‘Slow Cook’ setting.

Time to saute’ & thicken that gorgeous masala sauce:
Add Garam masala, fenugreek and cream. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves & serve along with spicy pickles, raita, naan & chilled sitar music, for truly authentic Indian vibes. NAMASTE
