Summer is here, the weather is hotting up, and that means it’s time to take your fruit salad to the next level. Get your chopping board ready because this is fruit salad at its prettiest.
Here's what you'll need...
- Bananas
- Pomegranate seeds
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Pineapple
- Watermelon
- Apples
- Kiwis
- Grapes (green and black)
- Natural yoghurt
- Honey
TIP
If you can’t be doing with all that chopping, look for pre-chopped fruit in the supermarket. It’s often on sale towards the end of the day.
here's how it's done...

Peel and slice the fruit. You can leave the berries and grapes whole.

Start with a base layer of banana in a bowl, then layer up the fruit moving around the bowl from the edge to the centre.

Drizzle with yoghurt and honey and serve!
